What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers the treatment, by Captovis and its affiliates, of personally identifiable information that it collects from you or from a Captovis business partner. This policy applies only to the services and support that you engage in with Captovis and does not cover any transactions with any of the companies with whom we might partner.

Information We Collect
Captovis may collect personally identifiable information such as: your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and fax number along with information regarding the product or service you purchased.

Our server logs automatically collect information, such as your IP address, your browser type and language, and the date and time of your visit, which helps us track user’s movements around our site and to understand trends.

Captovis does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 18. In addition, no part of our site is designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 18.

Information Usage & Sharing
Captovis uses personally identifiable information in providing the service and support of its customers and the customers of Captovis business partners.

NIDR adds another layer of protection to ensure our internal information as well as customer and business partner’s information remains secure at all times. . We restrict access to personal information to Captovis employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our products and services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality agreements and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these agreements.

Our websites are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Our cookies do not generate personal data, do not read personal data from your machine and are never tied to anything that could be used to identify you.
